FREE SHIPPING IN USA during our promotional period, and international shipping is only $8.99 per order!
Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days to reach you. International orders can take 7-14 days so please make sure to place your order so as to allow sufficient transit time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If there is any problem with your shipment or it is taking longer than expected, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide you with prompt assistance.
To be eligible for a return, you must submit a return request within 30 days of your purchase, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To submit a return request, please send an email to email@example.com. We will send you return instructions once the request is reviewed and approved.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank, the credit usually takes 3-7 business to show up on your account once it's been processed.
